GODWIN EMEFIELE, BSC, MBA
CHAIRMAN
Godwin Emefiele became the Chairman of Zenith Pensions Custodian Limited (ZPC) on August 1, 2010 at the same time he assumed office as the Group Managing Director of Zenith Bank Plc. Prior to these appointments, he was the Deputy Managing Director of Zenith Bank for nine (9) years and has been on the Board of ZPC since inception.
Mr. Emefiele has over twenty years banking experience, and holds a Bsc. and an MBA in Finance, both from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. Before commencing his banking career, he lectured Finance and Insurance at the University of Nigeria Nsukka, and University of Port Harcourt, respectively.
He is also an alumnus of Executive Education at Stanford University, Harvard University and Wharton Graduate Schools of Business, where he took courses in Negotiation, Leading change and strategy.
NKEM ONI- EGBOMA, BSC, MBF,FCA
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Nkem Oni-Egboma is the Managing Director of Zenith Pensions Custodian Limited. She holds a Second Class Upper Degree in Accounting (1989) from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, and a Masters in Banking and Finance - MBF (1998) from the University of Lagos, Akoka. She isa Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA).
She brings with her almost 20 years experience in the banking industry (majorly Zenith Bank Plc) in Treasury Operations, Internal Control and Audit, Marketing, and General Management.
Prior to her appointment as the Managing Director of Zenith Pensions Custodian Limited, she had previously held the position of Zonal Head, Zenith Bank Plc in charge of Allen Zone (comprising Allen, Opebi, and Allen 2), supervising over 150 workforce. Her major function was providing transformational leadership as well as ensuring an excellent and steady growth in the balance sheet size of the branches under her supervision.
She has attended various training programmes, which includes Audit through the Computer in Financial Institutions, and Trade Seminar –Citibank, New York.
GRACE ALELE WILLIAMS, BSC, MSC, PHD, OON
Mrs. Williams made her mark as a first class academician and later proved herself as a skilled administrator; she is one of the first Nigerian women to obtain a PhD in mathematics. She was also the country's first female vice-chancellor (University of Benin 1985-1991).
Born in Warri December 16, 1932, she attended the prestigious Queens College, Yaba from where she went on to the University of Ibadan, the University of Vermont and later, University of Chicago, both in the United States of America. In 1974 she became the first female professor of mathematics.
In 1973, she was the chairman of the curriculum review committee. She is a member of the governing council of UNESCO Institute of Education, consultant to UNESCO and Institute of International Education Planning as well as member of Africa mathematics programme at Newton Massachusetts USA. She has also being a vice-president of the World Organisation for Early Childhood Education.
Alele-Williams was also on the Vision 2010 committee. A consummate author on mathematics, she is a director of Chevron Nigeria Limited. National honours include Order of the Niger 1987.
SIR STEVE OMOJAFOR BA (Hons) MASS COMMUNICATION
Sir Steve Omojafor became a Director of Zenith Pensions Custodian Limited (ZPC) on August 1, 2010. He graduated with a BA (Hons) in Mass Communication from the University of Lagos in 1972.
An accomplished Public Relations Practitioner who has distinguished himself in the Nigerian Communication, Advertising/Publicity arena, Sir Omojafor worked with Rosabel Advertising Limited and pioneered the establishment of STB-Mccann Limited where he sits as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer
Sir Omojafor is presently the Chairman of Board of Directors, Zenith Bank Plc. (Parent Company of ZPC).
He has attended various educational Programmes and Workshops both locally and offshore including the United States of America, Australia etc.
PETER AMANGBO, B. Eng, MBA, ACA
Mr. Amangbo is a pioneer Director on the Board of Zenith Pensions Custodian Limited (ZPC). He graduated with a B.Eng. in Electrical/Electronics from University of Benin in 1988 and holds an MBA. He worked in PricewaterHouseCoopers, before moving over to Zenith Bank Plc in 1993 where he is presently an Executive Director.
He has over 16years postgraduate experience out of which he spent 12years in the banking industry and 4years experience in PricewaterHouseCoopers.

UDOM EMMANUEL, BSc (Accountancy)
Mr. Udom Emmanuel became a Director of Zenith Pensions Custodian Limited (ZPC) on August 1, 2010. He is presently an Executive Director and Group Head of Income Optimization, Financial Control & Strategic Planning Department in Zenith Bank Plc. He holds a Bachelors degree in Accounting from the University of Lagos in 1988. He brings many years of quality experience from PricewaterHouseCoopers and Diamond Bank Limited.
He has over 18 years post graduate experience out of which he has 12 years of banking industry experience in addition to 6 years experience in PricewaterHouseCoopers.

ADAORA UMEOJI, BSC, MBA, ICPAN
Adaora holds a Bachelors degree in Sociology from the University of Jos and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Calabar. She is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management and also a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Nigeria (ICPAN).
She has extensive experience, which span over several years of covering various department of the bank ranging from Customer Service, Treasury and Credit & Marketing. She has won numerous awards for service excellence and business development in the bank. She has attended a number of offshore courses including an Executive Education programme on Strategic Thinking and Management for Competitive Advantage at Wharton Business School, Pennsylvania, USA in 2002. She also attended the Harvard Business School Executive Education (OPM) in 2004.
She is the Regional/Group Director of the bank heading the Abuja Zone, which has the responsibility of managing the large corporates, high net worth individuals and Private and Public Sector relationship, in the Federal Capital Territory.
