NKEM ONI-EGBOMA, (MANAGING DIRECTOR)
Nkem Oni-Egboma is the Managing Director of Zenith Pensions Custodian Limited. She holds a Second Class Upper Degree in Accounting (1989) from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, and a Masters in Banking and Finance - MBF (1998) from the University of Lagos, Akoka. She is a Certified Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA), and also a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA).
She brings with her almost 20 years experience in the banking industry (majorly Zenith Bank Plc) in Treasury Operations, Internal Control and Audit, Marketing, and General Management.
Prior to her appointment as the Managing Director of Zenith Pensions Custodian Limited, she had previously held the position of Zonal Head, Zenith Bank Plc in charge of Allen Zone (comprising Allen, Opebi, and Allen 2), supervising over 150 workforce. Her major function was providing transformational leadership as well as ensuring an excellent and steady growth in the balance sheet size of the branches under her supervision.
She has attended various training programmes, which includes Audit through the Computer in Financial Institutions, and Trade Seminar – Citibank, New York.

YINKA
AJAYI,
(HEAD, INVESTMENT OPERATIONS)
Yinka Ajayi is the Head of Custody Operations in Zenith pensions Custodian Limited. She holds a B.Sc. degree in Actuarial Science from The University of Lagos, an MBA from the Obafemi Awolowo University and a Masters in Banking and Finance from Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma. She is also a Fellow of the Certified Pension Institute of Nigeria.
Yinka has over 18 years experience in Banking and related Financial services. She joined Zenith International Bank in 1992 and had several responsibilities in Banking Operations. She at various times held strategic positions in the Head Office and Branch Retail Banking Operations and was a pioneer member of the Bank’s Total Quality Management team. She was also actively involved in facilitating In-house training programs for the Bank for several years. Her activities earned her several awards in the Bank such as the prestigious MD/CEO award for Operational Efficiency and TQM award for setting and monitoring Service Standards.
Yinka was seconded to Zenith Pensions Custodian Limited to spearhead operational controls and service delivery where she was fully involved in putting operational structures in place. She was a member of the project team that set up Zenith Pensions Custodian Limited.
She has attended several training programs in Pension Management and Global Custody which include Euromoney Pension Fund strategy Course, Nairobi Kenya, Introduction to Global Custody (In accordance with the standards and procedures of the Securities and Investments Institute, London, U.K) -H.B.L. Consultancy Services, Hands-On training in Custody Operations at Computershare Pty, Johannesburg, S.A. and knowledge sessions in Global Custody at Barclays Bank of Kenya Limited, Kenya Commercial Bank Limited and national Industrial Credit bank Limited, Nairobi, Kenya.

BENSON IJOMONI (HEAD COMPLIANCE/RISK MANAGEMENT)
Benson Ijomoni holds a Higher National Diploma (HND), Marketing from Auchi Polytechnic and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Delta State University, Abraka. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA) and Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation. He has over 25 years working experience, 16 years of them is with Zenith Bank Plc.
He began his working career as an Accounting Assistant and rose to the position of Company Accountant with Babcock Nigeria Limited; a Germany based Electrical Engineering Company. He had a two years stint with D.O. Dafinone & Co (Chartered Accountants) which he joined shortly after the successful completion of the final stage of ICAN examination as Audit Senior. Thereafter, he moved to Leabub Nigeria Limited, a civil engineering construction company where he initially held the post of Audit Manager and later became the Chief Accountant. He ultimately secured employment in Zenith Bank in Feb, 1993.
In Zenith Bank, he has worked at different times in operations and marketing groups at head office and several branches. He held strategy positions like Head of Funds Transfer, Head of Operations, Group Head of Marketing and Head of Admin. He pioneered the opening of two branches; Sokoto branch and Computer Village branch as the Branch Manager. These branches were set up and successfully transformed to profitable and viable strategic business units.
Benson was seconded to head the Compliance and Risk Management Department of Zenith Pensions Custodian in November, 2008.
IMADE UHUNMWAGHO
Imade Uhunmwagho has over 12 years experience in Information and Software Technology in the financial services industry. This includes, but is not limited to his most recent position as the Head, Information Security, Business Continuity, Messaging and Collaboration in the Software Group of Zenith Bank Group.
He engineered and managed the merging of the bank’s two WAN networks into one; implemented the bank’s security firewalls and intrusion detection systems; and built and operated the bank’s business continuity center.
Imade is an April 1994 University of Benin Second Class Upper Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical/Electronics Engineering) Graduate. He is Microsoft and Cisco Certified. He is also a Certified Internet Webmaster – E-Commerce Designer.
Imade was seconded to Head of the Information and Communication Technology Department of Zenith Pensions Custodian in June, 2008. He is charged with the responsibility of IT Strategic Planning and Execution, Information System Development, and Business Process Re-engineering.
EMEKA
ANYAEJI (COMPANY SECRETARY/LEGAL ADVISER; HEAD HR/ADMIN)
Mr. Anyaeji is an astute Lawyer who is vast in corporate attorney ship with bias in the area of company, commercial and investment laws. He holds a Bachelor of Law Degree with a second class upper from Nnamdi Azikiwe University and was called to the Bar in 1998. He bagged an LLM (Master of Law) from the University of Lagos in 2008.
Emeka has over eight years of corporate attorney ship in the Legal Services group of Zenith Bank. He is vast in International Commerce practice of Trusteeship and Custodian business.
Emeka was seconded from Zenith Bank to Zenith Pensions Custodian Limited in September 2005 as the Company Secretary/Head, Legal Services & Adviser. He also heads the Human Resource and Admin. Department.

THOMAS OKOGWU (ACA)
Mr. Thomas Okogwu is an astute Auditor who is vast in assessing and monitoring adequacy/quality of control policies.He bagged a distinction in Statistics from Yaba Technology, Lagos in 1989 and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1996. In addition, Thomas is an MBA holder and a member of the Certified Anti Money Specialist (ACAMS).
He has attended numerous training programmes on Audit, Risk & Governance in Africa, Anti Money Laundering etc.An excellent team player, he worked with KPMG Nigeria (Chartered Accountants) as an Audit Senior for six years, after which he commenced his career with Zenith Bank, IC&A Department to date.
Thomas was seconded from Zenith Bank to Zenith Pensions Custodian Limited in January 2009 to Head the Internal Control & Audit Department.
