ZPC Limited offers a number of e-business products. These services are designed to enable our customers’ carry out their transactions at their convenience.

Internet Access

Customers can have access to their RSA accounts, view reports and any other access as may be defined by both parties.

Transaction Notification

ZPC can provide customers who sign up for this facility to receive notification when funds are transferred into their accounts. This notification is real-time and could be delivered either via email or SMS. The transaction notification service totally obliterates the need for customers to call in or send staff to make enquiries regarding transactions. Transaction notification enhances transparency between ZPC and its Clients. The different types of notification are as follows:

(a) Real-time Notification

This notification is sent to the Customer as soon as transfer is made into the designated customer account.

(b) Daily Notification

In this mode, notifications are sent to the Customer at the end of each day, with details of transaction made into the account for the day.
Other channels of notification are through SMS and SWIFT message.

Automated Direct Data Transfer (ADDT)

Automated Direct Data Transfer (ADDT) is a unique, web-based, online electronic data transfer system. It is a very efficient means of electronically transferring
employer’s contribution or schedules to ZPC Limited. It is highly secured with Industry standard security technology.
