As a Licensed Pension Operator, the Company complied with the principles and practices encapsulated in the codes throughout the year ended 31 December 2020. Zenith Pensions Custodian is committed to ensuring compliance with both Nigeria Code of Corporate Governance (NCCG) released by the Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria, and PenCom circulars on Corporate Governance.
