CORPORATE INFORMATION

Zenith Pensions Custodian Limited (ZPC) is a subsidiary of Zenith Bank Plc licensed by the National Pension Commission (PenCom) to provide Pension Fund Custody pursuant to the Pensions Reform Act 2004 and 2014 as amended. ZPC is run as a separate legal entity in line with global best practices and aims to be the foremost pension fund custodian in Nigeria. We are a reference point in the pension industry as a result of our exceptional services and competence as custodian. Zenith Pensions Custodian was one of the operators selected by the National Pension Commission to be understudied by countries like Ghana and Malawi prior to the implementation of their pension reform. We commenced operations in July 2006 and have been able to achieve outstanding growth in assets under custody to the tune of N8.29 trillion, which accounts for 40% of the industry's total assets. ZPC has been able to carve a niche for itself in the Pension Industry as we place premium on excellent customer service, Information Technology, human capital development and sound corporate governance.

Mrs. Adobi Stella Nwapa holds a Bachelor’s Degree (BA) in History from Imo State University, a Master’s in Public Administration (MPA) from Strayer University, Houston-Texas, a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from Jack Welch Management Institute and an honorary doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) from Abia State University.

PETERS IFEANYI ELEDU

Managing Director

Mr. Peters Eledu, Managing director of Zenith Pensions Custodian Limited, is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (CIS), Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN), as well as Honourary Senior member Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN). He is also a member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment, (CISI) London and an alumnus of the Said Business School, University of Oxford, Wharton Business School, University of Pennsylvania and Harvard Business School, Boston, MA. He holds a B.Sc degree in Economics and M.Sc in Economics, both from the University of Lagos, Akoka.

Mr. ADAMU SALIU LAWANI

Non-Executive Director

Mr. Adamu Saliu Lawani is a seasoned Chartered Accountant with over three decades of cognate banking industry experience. An alumnus of Auchi Polytechnic, Nigeria, he graduated with a Higher National Diploma in Accounting, achieving distinction. He holds an MBA from both the University of Lagos, Nigeria and the Business School in the Netherlands.

Mr. Louis Odom

Non-Executive Director

Mr. Louis Odom is a graduate of Accountancy from the Abia State University and has an MBA from the University of Liverpool, United Kingdom and M.Phil (Management) from Nile University of Nigeria. He joined Zenith Bank in January 1997 and has worked in the South East, River/Bayelsa Zones and Abuja, FCT, where he served as the General Manager in charge of the Abuja and Northern Zones and has contributed to the growth and profitability of the Bank.

CHUKS EMMA OKOH

Non-Executive Director

Mr. Chuks Okoh is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA) with over 30 years cognate experience in the Banking & Telecommunications sectors. He is an Alumnus of the prestigious Wharton Business School, University of Pennsylvania, USA and Lagos Business School

BRIMOH AWUDU

Independent Non-Executive Director

Mr. Brimoh Awudu, is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN), as well as an Alumnus of the University of Leicester, UK. Mr. Awudu Joined Zenith Pensions team with over 30 years cognate experience cutting across several industries, with multi-disciplinary experiences in management and corporate strategy.

OLAYINKA AJAYI

Executive Director Operations

Olayinka Ajayi is the Executive Director, Operations in Zenith Pensions Custodian Limited. She holds a B.Sc. degree in Actuarial Science from the University of Lagos, an MBA from the Obafemi Awolowo University, and a Masters in Banking and Finance. She is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management and also a Fellow of the Certified Pension Institute of Nigeria.

ISIOMA OLOWU

Executive Director Business Development & Strategy

Isioma Olowu is the Executive Director, Business Development & Strategy in Zenith Pensions Custodian Limited. She is a seasoned Insurance and Banking professional. Her passion lies in creating value for customers and stakeholders through innovation. Isioma served as the Chief Commercial Officer and Executive Director at Prudential Zenith Life Insurance.
